Erin Stumpf, MPPA, is a Sacramento Broker Associate (CalDRE #01706589) with Coldwell Banker Realty who specializes in probate, trust, and inherited property sales throughout the Greater Sacramento area. Licensed since 2005, Erin has more than 20 years of real estate experience and has closed hundreds of transactions, including numerous sales involving probate estates, trusts, successor trustees, executors, and administrators.
Erin holds both the Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist (CPRES) certification from US Probate Services and the Certified Probate & Trust Specialist designation from the California Association of REALTORS®. Her experience with probate is also personal: Erin served as the administrator of her own mother’s probate estate. Having sat on both sides of the table, she understands that selling an inherited home is often about much more than real estate; it can involve grief, family dynamics, unfamiliar responsibilities, and an overwhelming list of decisions.

"With the recent passing of my mother I was in need of finding a competent real estate agent in the Sacramento area to help with selling my mom's home. Without going too far down the rabbit hole this was a bit of a complicated situation I found myself in, my mom & aunt had lived together for 32 years and co-owned this home and as a caveat they also owed the bank a sizeable mortgage.
